Criteria Operators

Bitwise And Operator	Constrains the search to rows in which the criteria1 and criteria2 are both true.
Bitwise Or Operator	Constrains the search to rows in which either criteria1 or criteria2 are true.
False Operator	Implements the operator false.
True Operator	Implements the operator true.
